Role Overview As a Waitress / Server at G61, you are the face of our dining experience. You will be responsible for guiding guests through our menus, serving food and beverages with flair, and ensuring the vibe remains positive and welcoming. You will work in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and personality are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Engagement: Welcome guests enthusiastically, present menus, and offer recommendations on our signature dishes and drinks.
- Order Accuracy: Take precise orders using our digital POS system and communicate any dietary preferences clearly to the kitchen bar.
- Service Flow: Deliver food and beverages promptly, monitor tables to ensure glasses are filled and plates are cleared, and handle payments efficiently.
- Atmosphere: Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area and ensure tables are reset quickly to keep up with the flow of service.
- Teamwork: Communicate effectively with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Vibe: A positive, friendly attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant or bar is preferred, but we are happy to train the right personality.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Stamina: Ability to stay on your feet and remain energetic throughout the shift.
