Role Overview As a Housekeeper at G61, you are the guardian of our guest comfort. You will be responsible for cleaning and resetting rooms to ensure they are pristine and ready for arrival. Your work ensures that every guest walks into a space that feels brand new, stylish, and inviting.
Key Responsibilities
- Room Refresh: Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including changing linens, making beds, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms to a sparkling finish.
- Restocking: Replenish room amenities, toiletries, and refreshment stations, ensuring every room is set up exactly according to the G61 standard.
- Maintenance Check: Keep an eye out for any maintenance issues (like a flickering light or a loose handle) and report them immediately so we can fix them before the guest notices.
- Linen Management: Handle clean and dirty linen sorting and transport efficiently.
- Public Spaces: Occasionally assist in keeping hallways and common areas tidy to ensure the whole hotel looks its best.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Eye for Detail: You notice the little things—a stray hair or a crooked picture frame doesn’t get past you.
- Stamina: This is an active role; you must be physically fit and able to lift, bend, and move throughout your shift.
- Efficiency: Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.
- Trust: High integrity and respect for guest privacy and property.
- Experience: Previous cleaning experience is great, but we provide full training on our specific methods.
